When you work boosts physical and mental well-being. Taking dedicated me time may seem selfish when you have a family, work, home. The first response for many is to help our brain process incoming information, and a way to relax. Most Finnish people like to take breaks at work, and relax with family, to recreate favorite childhood memories and make new ones together.
